The Prophets of God Have Come to Unite
Therefore, unity is the essential truth of religion and, when so understood, embraces all the virtues of the human world. Praise be to God! This knowledge has been spread, eyes have been opened, and ears have become attentive. Therefore, we must endeavor to promulgate and practice the religion of God which has been founded by all the Prophets. Of all the precious birthdays on this planet the most blessed are those birthdays of God's Divine teachers, which include Krishna, Buddha, Zoroaster, Moses, Jesus, Muhammad, the Báb, and Bahá’u’lláh, the Glory of God. The sacred words of the Holy Ones are the exaltation of our souls and the guides to our feet as we walk God’s path. We are living in the religious dispensation of Bahá’u’lláh. We have the bounty of the Writings of Bahá’u’lláh, the key to rebuilding the world to become the heavenly dwelling place that our Creator wishes for us. The birthdays of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh will be celebrated November first through third.

The History of the Portland Baha’i Center-St. Johns Post Office
The building now housing the Portland Baha'i Center was completed in 1933 for the St. Johns Post Office. It was purchased by the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Portland in 1992. Find out more!
